Cancellation Policy

Zydus Wellness Products Ltd (ZWL) maintains a customer-centric approach and offers a liberal cancellation policy, subject to the following terms:

  1. Cancellation requests shall be considered only if submitted within forty-eight (48) hours of placing the order.

  2. Cancellation shall not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to the vendor/merchant and the shipping process has been initiated.

  3. In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please raise a complaint within 3 days of receiving the product. We will verify the claims at our end and send a replacement batch of product against it.

  4. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or not as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our Customer Service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team, after reviewing your complaint, will take an appropriate decision.
