Naturell India Pvt. Ltd. (NIPL) works diligently at providing highest quality products and services to their customers. However, in case of complaints arising on the account of dissatisfactory quality or defect in the product, customers can request grievance redressal at firstname.lastname@example.org. The request of replacement/refund must be accompanied with the proof of purchase, i.e., electronic or non-electronic bills. Keeping in account the particulars of the case, NIPL shall initiate a refund or replacement for the product.
Please note that request for such return or refund must be made within 5 days of receiving the product.
All orders are dispatched within 3 days of placement of order.
All orders are delivered within 10 days of order dispatch or in accordance with the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order placement.
In case of inconsistency with the product, customers must request replacement or refund within 5 days of receiving the product.
On the receipt of the customer’s query, the NIPL team looks into the case particulars and initiates the redressal process.
Customers shall not be charged for replacement costs/return expenses provided.
Refund and Exchange Procedure
On the receipt of the returned products, NIPL shall initiate the refund in the form of cheque/electronic transfer (in case of online payment), in the name of customer as provided a the time or order placement.
The Cheque shall be sent to by courier on the same address as mentioned in the order details.
All refunds are processed within 15 days of receiving the returned products.
All communication, in such case, shall be duly made via email.
In case of exchange, the customer shall be provided with a replacement of equal value.
