Zydus Wellness Products Ltd. (“ZWL”) is committed to delivering products and services of the highest quality. In the event of dissatisfaction arising from product quality or defects, customers are encouraged to seek redressal through the designated grievance mechanism or write to customercare@zyduswellness.com.
All orders are dispatched within 3 days of placement of order.
All orders are delivered within 10 days of order dispatch or in accordance with the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order placement.
In case of inconsistency with the product, customers must request replacement or refund within 5 days of receiving the product.
On the receipt of the customer’s query, the ZWPLZWL team will look into the case particulars and initiate the redressal process.
Customers shall not be charged for replacement costs/return expenses provided.
The request for replacement / refund must be accompanied with the proof of purchase, i.e., electronic or non-electronic bills, receipts and payment proof. The requests for such return or refund must be made within 5 days of receiving the product.
Upon receipt of the complaint and verification of the claim, ZWL shall, at its sole discretion, initiate a refund or dispatch a replacement product, depending on the nature and validity of the grievance.
On the receipt of the returned products, ZWL shall initiate the refund in the form of cheque/electronic transfer (in case of online payment), in the name of the customer as provided at the time of order placement.
ZWL may initiate wire transfer to the source of payment or cheque shall be sent by courier to the same address as mentioned in the order details. All refunds are processed within 15 days of receiving the returned products. All communication, in such cases, shall be duly made via email.
In case of exchange, the customer shall be provided with a replacement of equal value.
ZWL reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution based on the particulars of each case.
