Shipping Policy

All domestic orders placed through the official website of Zydus Wellness Limited (“ZWL”) at https://maxprotein.in shall be dispatched via registered domestic courier services and/or India Post (Speed Post) within five (5) working days from the date of order confirmation, or as per the delivery timeline mutually agreed upon at the time of order placement.

ZWL undertakes to ensure timely handover of the consignment to the designated courier service provider within a maximum period of ten (10) working days from the date of order confirmation, or as per the agreed delivery schedule. However, ZWL shall not be held liable for any delay in delivery attributable to the courier company or any third-party logistics provider.

ZWL shall not be responsible or liable for any damage, loss, or deterioration of the product occurring during transit. Risk of loss and title for products purchased from the Site pass to the buyer upon delivery of the items to the carrier

Customers will receive auto-generated, timely emails for all order-related queries. Delivery of all orders will only be made to the registered address as mentioned by the buyer. ZWPLZWL uses Techprocess Payment Gateway for fast, easy and efficient secure payments. All major credit cards are accepted.

Currently, ZWPLZWL ships products within the Indian territory. International shipments are currently unavailable.
